For fully custom ODM projects (requiring ground-up engineering, new mold creation, and physical prototyping), the process typically takes 90 to 120 days from initial blueprint approval to the first container shipment.
Do your e-bikes come with CE, UL, or EN15194 certifications?
Yes, absolute compliance is our standard. Our vehicles are engineered to pass rigorous international regulations. We provide certified models that meet CE (EN15194) for the European market, as well as electrical architectures fully prepared for UL 2849 / UL 2271 standards required for North America. We provide all necessary technical documentation for your local homologation.
How do you protect our brand's designs, and do you offer Regional Exclusivity?

We highly encourage building a T1 Sample before mass production to verify frame geometry, motor tuning, and paint finish. You will pay an initial sample fee and air-freight cost. However, 100% of the sample fee is credited back to your account once you place your first official mass production order (typically 50+ units).
What are your standard payment terms for wholesale B2B orders?
Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as a deposit to initiate material sourcing and production, and the remaining 70% T/T balance before container loading (or against the copy of the Bill of Lading, depending on the agreement). For exceptionally large corporate orders, we are open to discussing L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.
Do you handle global shipping, customs, and what Incoterms do you support?
We offer highly flexible logistics solutions. Our standard quotes are typically based on FOB (Free On Board) from major Chinese ports (e.g., Shenzhen, Ningbo). We don't vanish after the container ships. We provide a 3-year warranty on the alloy frame and a 2-year warranty on core electrical parts (Motor, Battery, Controller). Crucially, to eliminate local downtime, we include a 1% allowance of free, vulnerable spare parts shipped inside your mass production container to handle immediate after-sales needs.
How do you handle global supply chain shortages for parts like Shimano or Bafang?
Our deep relationships with Tier-1 suppliers allow us to secure priority allocations.
